Why is my tracking number not updating?

Delays in tracking can be a result of a number of reasons, including but not limited to:

Processing delays from the courier
Shipping delays by the courier (e.g. weather-related traffic delays)
Customs related delays (e.g. missing EORI)
Your order has not shipped yet

If your tracking information has not updated for several days, email us at orders@lookingglassfactory.com with your order number and we’ll help check in with the courier.
