My Looking Glass Go isn't connecting to Bluetooth
Double-check that your Bluetooth connection is on and ready to pair with new devices.
Starting with iOS 13, a user must give permission to an app in order for it to use Bluetooth functionalities.
If you see a prompt that asks you to allow our app to use Bluetooth, tap OK
to allow the app Bluetooth access.
If after following these steps Go still isn't connecting with Bluetooth, email us at support@lookingglassfactory.com and we can help troubleshoot further.
