The mobile app can't find my Go
You will likely run into this issue if you are powering your Looking Glass Go with your computer and not with the wall adapter.
Check to ensure that your Looking Glass Go is on Standalone Mode (the LED on the side of the Go should be white ⚪) and the device should not be in Desktop Mode.
To switch modes, simply double-tap the power button or disconnect from your computer and plug in the Go to a wall outlet using the included power adapter.
