My package is stuck in customs

If your package is withheld by your country's customs office, it may be due to:

• A missing EORI (Economic Operators Registration and Identification) number

  (This is a unique identification code used by customs authorities to track and clear shipments entering, leaving, or transiting through the EU and is mandatory for all orders to and from Europe)

• A missing POA (Power of Attorney)
• A missing importer tax ID number and/or duty tax payment
• A missing consignee contact 

If your order is still stuck in customs and you have not received any information from the courier, please email orders@lookingglassfactory.com with the following information and we'd be happy to assist:

• Name and Last Name
• Order #
• Purchase method (either Kickstarter, Kibidango or directly from our website)
• EORI
