Why isn't my Go syncing?
If your Looking Glass Go is not syncing, it could be due to the following reasons:
1. Content Type: Currently, only static image content can be synced to the Go using our mobile app and Blocks. Video syncing is not yet supported.
2. Firmware Issues: Ensure your Go is updated to the latest firmware. If it's not updating, you may need to manually update it following the instructions specific to your operating system.
3. WiFi Connection: Verify that your Go is connected to WiFi, as syncing requires an active connection.
