My device needs repairing
If your device was purchased in the last 12 months and you need to submit something for repair covered by our limited warranty, you can write us with your order details at orders [at] lookingglassfactory.com
For all other requests (i.e. if damage was inflicted on the product due to human error, dropped, water damage, or beyond the 12 month warranty period), write to us at orders [at] lookingglassfactory.com and we will quote you a repair fee.
Regardless of what product it is, we will always do our best to figure out a way to repair or offer you credit for a replacement within reason.
