Local import taxes and custom fees

When placing an order outside of the U.S., you will not pay any tax to Looking Glass. Instead, you are responsible for paying any local taxes and customs fees when your order arrives at the customs in your country.

This fee will be charged regardless of the price of your parcel and we cannot control these charges.

This may cause a delay to your shipping if not paid straight away.

Should you have any further questions, we invite you to contact your local customs office or local shipping courier office.

For most countries, we typically ship with Fedex DDU (aka duties unpaid). This means that neither party has to pay a service fee to Fedex for handling customs. This also means that if parcels aren't claimed within the time allotted, this could incur a storage fee at your local FedEx which Looking Glass is not responsible for.

Looking Glass is not responsible for any discrepancies in currency values or conversation rates.
