Refund & Warranty Information

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Looking Glass displays. However, if for any reason you are not, we offer a full 30-day "no questions asked" refund - providing that the product is in its original, sellable condition.

• The 30 days are calculated from the date when the product was dispatched.
• A refund of the pledge will be processed to your original payment method once your Looking Glass display has been received and checked by our team.
• All shipping costs are non-refundable. Any related duties/VAT/customs fees are non-reimbursable.
• Refunds will be calculated as: [Total amount] minus [shipping + tax + return shipping costs].

We offer a 12-month limited warranty for all Looking Glass displays.

Customs, Tax & Duties

For orders outside of the US or Hong Kong, our courier (typically FedEx or DHL) will reach out to you for outstanding fees paid that are associated with your order (e.g - Value Added Tax, import duties, or customs fees).

If, in the event that these fees are unpaid, the courier will return the shipment back to us.

In the case that your order is returned back to us, email us at orders[at]lookingglassfactory.com and we will try our best to arrange another shipment. Note that additional shipping and processing fees will be incurred and any refunds processed will take shipping and return fees into account.
